General Terms of Use

Revyze is a mobile application designed for students. It acts as a platform, allowing you to publish and consume educational content.

Basic use of the application remains free. Revyze also offers a paid premium subscription called "Revyze Plus" providing advanced features to boost your studying.

Our mission is to democratize access to quality education for all.

Our services:

We help you study through short educational content - such as videos and quizzes - created by your peers, teachers, or AI. We allow you to help other students. Our services let you create, publish and share content with others, watch content created by other users or AI, and interact with this content and with other users.

Revyze Plus: By subscribing to Revyze Plus, you get access to exclusive tools to accelerate your learning. These services include (but are not limited to):

• The ability to turn your class notes into personalized study capsules.
• Unlimited access to retake quizzes, including ones you've failed.
• Saving study cards and favorite content.
• Progress reports and "weekly insights" to track your performance.

Revyze reserves the right to enhance or modify Plus features at any time to adapt to students' needs.

Terms of sale and pricing:

• Payment access: Purchases of paid services are restricted to adults or minors who have obtained prior authorization from their legal guardians.
• Subscription: Pricing and renewal terms are displayed at the time of subscription. Prices may vary depending on the sales platform (Revyze website or third-party app stores such as the Apple App Store).
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period. You can cancel the renewal up to 24 hours before the expiry date.
• Explicit consent and withdrawal: By subscribing to Revyze Plus, you request immediate access to premium content. You expressly acknowledge and accept that the service begins as soon as your payment is confirmed and that, therefore, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal exceptions for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.

Our content policy:

All content published on the application is reviewed before being published. To publish content on Revyze, you must be at least 13 years old. By using Revyze, you agree to respect the standards of kindness, minor safety, and intellectual property detailed on the platform.

License of use: By publishing on Revyze, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, transferable, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, perform, copy, and broadcast your content. Revyze reserves the right to remove any content or ban any user who does not comply with our rules.

Revyze Creator Program – Beta Version

Revyze offers a Beta monetization program to reward certain content (especially capsules).

• Compensation: Based on content consumption volume (e.g., number of unlocks) combined with a variable RPM. These terms may change at any time.
• Status and Responsibilities: This program does not imply any employment relationship between the creator and Revyze.
• Tax obligations: Each creator is responsible for verifying their own situation (status, declarations, contributions). For France, visit impots.gouv.fr (non-salaried income) and urssaf.fr (collaborative economy). Revyze provides this information for guidance only, without constituting legal or tax advice.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Our Privacy Policy:

We collect your data to provide our product, manage your Plus subscription, personalize your experience, and ensure your safety.

Data collected:

• Direct: Sign-up (phone number, name, school year), location and media access (with consent).
• Payment: Your billing information is collected solely by our third-party providers (Stripe or Apple). Revyze does not have access to your credit card numbers.
• Automatic: Usage (frequency, content) and device data.

Your rights:

You can access, correct, or delete your data through the application settings or by contacting our DPO at privacy@revyze.fr. We never sell your data.
